The Ritz Carlton is synonymous with luxurious and I have found that every hotel stay with them I can expect the same quality of outstanding service and luxury. My recent stay in Singapore was no less.
Singapore is a small country with a lot to see. When deciding on where to stay, I knew the Ritz Carlton Millenia Singapore would be perfect for its location around Marina Bay and the luxury I was looking for. Open just a short 10 years, this 32 story hotel will impress you in ways you didn’t know you could be.

Currently, the hotel is outfitted for the holidays. Glowing with Christmas decor and towering decorated trees, I felt like I was at home. Traveling this month of December and not being able to participate in the festivities made me a little sad. However, when I arrived to the Ritz Carlton – I could feel the love of Christmas everywhere throughout the hotel – from decor, food, hot chocolate – not one disappointment.

The Rooms:
The room I stayed in was a club level room with the most magnificent views of Singapore. The bedroom had floor to ceiling windows with views of the bay and Marina Bay Sands, which does an evening laser show each night. Day or night, the views were quite spectacular.

In the bathroom, the gorgeous bathtub had a window with sweeping views of the Singapore Skyline – you could catch a sunset, bathe during the day or even watch the city come alive with lights at night.
Views from the bath
The bedroom itself came with a comfortable king size bed, flat screen TV, lounge, desk to work at, a walk in closet, safe, black-out blinds, full mini bar, Nespresso coffee maker (my favorite), glass wear and liquor selections, high speed WiFi, and bright beautiful decor.
The room is outfitted with many outlets to charge your items and get work done at the desk.

Tv and minibar – I like when you can find things you need right from the TV

The bathroom was outfitted with stunning shades of marble, complete with a rain shower, plush rugs, towels and robes, and of course, the best bathtub in Singapore!
I loved the bathroom and how light and bright it was, in addition to being one of the best I have ever seen.
Extra special touch on their towels
Since I stayed in a club level room, there were extra amenities:
- Unlimited coffee and/or tea 24 hours a day delivered to my room
- Use of the club car to take me anywhere in the immediate area
- 2 free pieces of laundry or pressing per day
- Personalized arrival and departure
Club Level Access:
In my opinion, this is definitely the way to travel. The many extras you get when booking a club level room are amazing.
Each day, the club, located on the top floor, has 5 culinary presentations. From breakfast, snacks, afternoon tea, drinks and canapes, and desserts and cordials – all the food is gourmet and delicious.

Dining:
The hotel has 2 restaurants, a bakery, a lounge, and room service.
Summer Pavilion, a One Michelin Star Cantonese restaurant within the hotel. Sophisticated and beautiful, this restaurant will blow your taste buds away with flavors.
Colony, one of the grandest buffet dining experiences I have ever had. Offering seven stations of food from Chinese to western and others in between, the options are endless and the food is outstanding. I loved all the fresh seafood choices, the extraordinary dessert bar

Chihuly Lounge, located in the hotel after the concierge. I would suggest going here for an afternoon tea. The set-up is beautiful, the food is gourmet and you will get the ultimate feeling of being relaxed.

The Bakery, located right next to Colony, is currently set-up in holiday decor. Offering sweets and treats for everyone.

Overall:
One thing I really enjoyed about my stay was all the personalized touches. Everyone knew my name, they brought a welcome card, when they returned my laundry it looked like the perfect gift and presented nicely, all of the staff was extremely gracious in answering questions about the area and the hotel, and when it was raining outside, two of the staff members brought me an umbrella to stay dry. If that is not 5 star – I don’t know what is.

Disclaimer: I was hosted by the Ritz Carlton Millenia Singapore, but as always, opinions are entirely my own.

I have yet to visit Singapore but it is high on my bucket list! The Ritz looks out of this world! Will definitely keep this as an option for when we do visit! 😀 Thanks for sharing.
The view from the window is truly worth every penny. Generally, the hotel rooms in Singapore are little cramped but this one looks very spacious. We stayed at a boutique hotel at Lavender, though it was not very spacious, but it offered stunning views of the city and was a stone’s throw distance from the MRT.
Wow, Nicki!! That must be one of the best bathtub views I’ve seen! Looks like the buffet wasn’t bad either ; )
Wow, The views would be stunning, thank goodness for windows that you can’t see through 🙂 I would be paranoid in the bath if I thought I could be seen. What lovely views and the rooms are gorgeous! I would definitely stay here for luxury experience!
Ritz Carlton has a standard of their own. This one is luxurious and the view outside is amazing! Good you got pampered there. 🙂 I am craving for those chocolates. 🙂
What a beautiful and luxurious hotel. The food looks amazing, so much variety and deliciousness. The beds also look extremely comfortable. I really love their attention to detail.
