The Goldfinch Tavern is an upscale, waterfront, welcoming venue found within the Four Seasons Hotel Seattle. The restaurant is named after the Washington state bird, the American Goldfinch, and exists as a harmonious collaboration between Ethan Stowell Restaurants and the Four Seasons Hotel Seattle. The hotel selected Ethan Stowell, a Seattle native, for his reputation of embracing the bounty of local ingredients found in the Pacific Northwest, an affinity that has earned him numerous James Beard award nominations. A budding restaurateur, his group now has more than a dozen venues in Seattle.

Things To Do In Seattle:

When you are looking for where to stay in Seattle, you should also consider what you would like to do during your stay! I found that the Four Seasons was centrally located. Just one block away is Pike Place Market, which is a popular city attraction, that you can stroll for food and goods.

One place we LOVED was the Chihuly Garden and Glass. This is a MUST DO when visiting Seattle. The blown glass is absolutely incredible and each room is a new sight for the eyes.
