High-quality steaks are front and center at Talavera’s Spanish-inspired modern dining room. Natural wood fixtures and accents of bold colors add vibrant pops of color you’ll find in the aesthetic design and eccentric dishes. Start with traditional “Pan con Tomate”, a simple Spanish dish with bread, tomatoes, and bold Spanish olive oil, or take a leap with savory “Churritos con Chile” featuring guajillo furikake, lime, and salsa sanzarita.

Pulpo A La Plancha
Transitioning the next course with a refreshing, chilled crudo is natural, especially in a heated desert environment, so the oyster, wagyu carne, and salmon belly options you’ll find at Talavera are genuinely welcomed. You can next select among many tantalizing options for a Spanish charcuterie board, as well as salads, tapas, and exquisite paella to share. With “carne” at the forefront, select between C.A.B. Filet, Prime Ribeye, or Prime N.Y. Strip to satisfy your craving, or opt for Seared Scallops, Iberian Pork Shoulder, and other entrees.
