A big welcome to Washington, D.C. as Naf Naf Grill makes its debut today October 18, 2017. I was invited to taste the scrumptious food and hear their story and their amazing partnership with No Kid Hungry.
Naf Naf Grill – Washington, D.C.’s Location
For every entree purchased between October 19-31st, Naf Naf Grill will donate $1 to No Kid Hungry.Did you know that 1 in 6 kids in the United States don’t get the food they need? That means 13 MILLION kids struggle with hunger in the United States alone.
So basically, if you stop in and order an entree – you are helping to feed a hungry child – does it get better than that?

Today, October 18, 2017 is FREE PITA DAY! So stop on by in the D.C location to try the food for yourself and see what I am raving about below. Be sure and get a selfie with the camel and share it on social media media using the hashtag #NafOn so I can see how much fun you are having.
The Food:
You will not find a fluffier, better tasting, made daily in store pita than at Naf Naf Grill. I was blown away by how something so simple could be so delicious.
Freshly made pitas in store
Now take that pita and eat it with hummus or stuff it with your favorite ingredients! I tried mine with steak, chopped salad, Middle Eastern pickles, and garlic sauce and it is definitely what the city needs in terms of fresh bold Middle Eastern food.
Delicious Pita Sandwich
The falafel deserves its own award. Made in house, this simple 6 ingredient tasty dish is also made fresh.

haha food does that to me too – but it really is amazing
Yum, this looks fantastic! We saw a couple of these in Chicago the last time we were there and I love the concept. I love this type of food anyways, but from your descriptions, it sounds even better than anticipated.

They are in Chicago! That is where they originated from.
Thanks for reading – the food was definitely delicious!
Oh my goodness how delicious all that food looks! and what an amazing way to help out our society. It’s so sad that there are that many children struggling with finding enough food to eat on a daily basis!
Hi Nicki,
The falafel looks so good and for an awesome cause too. One of my fave dishes by far, with its meatiness and satiating nature. I also would not mind taking a selfie with a camel, whether cardboard or in person. Rocking share as always.
